leverages strengths and successes while also building trust.
AI is a transformational process that seeks the best of “what is” and engages others to boldly imagine
“what is possible”. It does this by involving others to find out what works, what is valued and where they
have achieved success. This “positive core” is used to unleash creativity and innovation to imagine and
